Global technology giant Dells acumen for selling low-priced personal computers has earned it a place in Washingtons Smithsonian National Museum of American History the company and museum announced Thursday.

SAN FRANCISCO Reuters - Dell Inc. DELL.O investors appear to be looking beyond investigations into the computer makers accounting and betting that founder Michael Dell and his new team can turn the company around.

New York State is suing the makers of Dell computers for what it calls deceptive business practices and fraud. The lawsuit could cost the computer maker millions.
